Horrible scammy company, DO NOT BUY from them! Told that they would only provide replacement parts COVERED BY THEIR WARRANTY if I left a positive review on a product that has had nothing but constant issues and breakdowns. Also told they wouldn't cover defective tires at all, and refused to help when we bought third party tires instead (because the scooter is needed for a work commute and their tires would have taken forever to arrive). Spend more and buy a name brand, don't waste your time with these liars.

Regarding the tire issue, you didn't mention the tire as the problem. Regarding reviews, we don't require customers to give positive feedback before sending parts; we will send replacement parts free of charge as long as there is a product defect.

Scooter was delivered on the 10th, it was a Father’s Day gift for my fiancé %26 given to him on Sunday, he took it out of the box and there was fluid leaking out, he put it together and attempted to ride it %26 the breaks don’t work, he’s extremely upset about this. It looked fun though.

This scooter out of the numerous I’ve owned is the Cadillac of Scooters. Rides extremely smooth. Fast enuff to get u where u need to go quicker than cars. Handles better than any scooter I’ve had. Definitely a A1 scooter

Delivery okay but the lights in the front you cannot tighten so they're loose and I have to wire them with ties to hold them don't know how I can fix that and already my light started blinking off and on when I turned it on and now it doesn't go into third gear I don't know if it's a battery issue or what but I just got it I had my previous scooter 2 years and no problem Segway ninebot scooter so this company not so good

Regarding the front lights, the blinking is actually a normal feature—they have three modes (steady, dim, and strobe) that can be adjusted. As for the looseness, we recommend checking the mounting screws or using zip ties for a secure fit, as you’ve already done.
