It's been 2 months since I ordered a necklace from paradise omni retail. After the birthday 9f my wife and I still hadn't received it, I emailed for a refund. They told me they would help me out and get me a refund. Its been 2 months of emails back and forth trying to get a refund for the necklace I still have not gotten. They have now told me I can't have a refund because I can't prove I didnt receive it. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY.
