Blue Monkey Pets

I ordered blue gravel for my fish tank. When it arrived the bag was heavy and when I opened it the bag of gravel was filled with water yet it was sealed and it smelled horrible. The color wasn't even the same as what was in the picture. I contacted Walmart and they sent her a request to reach out to me in the next 48 hours. I waited a week and heard nothing. I had to go to Walmart to return it for a full refund.

Wrong size was sent. Only option was a refund. I would have rather gotten the correct size.

I received a cheap double dish, light weight, cat dish, which I already had. I ordered a single heavy weight, non slip cat dish, which I didn't receive. Bad substitution, the item was late, and I won't order VanNess cat products again. I won't use Blue Monkey Pet products again either, as I shouldn't have to go in town to return a $1.57 dish. I ordered a $9.99 dish. Bad job!

The seller answered my two questions promptly and thoroughly. Package was delivered earlier than expected. I would buy from them again.

It's a fake everyone don't buy it!All the fish died when I used it!
