I placed my order, and it Back ordered 6 weeks later they sent the wrong address and still haven't got it .but they ask to rate my order .been 7 weeks placed that order . 2 place anther or tried have go through for 15 days . in that time, I went in person 2 time to the bank, they said my bank was stopping it .they were not I used it 2 times, other places I order want though, while on the phone again, with walmart help explain this too them they said I hear form them wmail within 24 hrs to fix my order I got ghosted never reach out or find way help me get mg monthly items my bank dush sent anther card with in 24 hrs .that customer service . Had no problem with card they knew I order regular from ther so they help me .walmart doesn't care. Spend a few thousand dollars in their last couple of months, so walk away, they don't care ! if order online you may be wait months for your order.
