The product I received is a 165 pc set, but it is completely different from what was advertised in the listing photos. This is not a minor variation—it constitutes misleading advertising. Customers rely on product images to make informed purchasing decisions, and in this case, the delivered product is clearly not what was shown.
I initially contacted the seller, Forever Makin Bands LLC, but their responses were inadequate:
First reply: “What do you mean? It’s literally the same thing in the picture I sold this before with no issue.” I provided photos comparing what I received with the listing.
They did not respond further.
In my latest follow-up, they replied: “Hello sir. I’m not the one who uploaded the photos I just list the product and the product that was sent to you was the same that’s in the title which was ‘Craftsman 165 count’ and that’s exactly what you received. The photos may be causing some confusion and that’s not on me.”
