i had already put a review, but i wanted to update edit. they fixed the issue i had, by refunding me for the missing part of my package, yes i would have preferred receiving my package but at least they took care of the issue. these pads are the only that works for me, so they have a 5 star rating from me

I bought this doll as a birthday gift. When it arrived it was not in its original packaging like the dolls you buy in the store. It was in an ugly cardboard box, not a box that displays the doll and items that come with her. This is so extremely disappointing. Such a let down and this practice is not disclosed in the purchasing process! I won’t purchase toys for delivery from Walmart again! Can’t depend on Walmart!
