I would give this seller zero stars if possible. They created a shipping label and went through the motions as if the item had shipped, then issued a partial refund without explanation. After wasting an hour with customer service, I discovered the seller never actually shipped the item and failed to notify anyone. I not only lost money on this transaction but also valuable time, which is worth even more. I will never purchase from them again and strongly advise others to avoid this seller as well.
