the seller basically called me a liar when I stated I had not received the item and it said it had been delivered 4 days ago. I tried to find out who had signed for the item since the seller kept telling me that I had or a neighbor had sign I disagreed with the seller. Seller did not want to replace or refund at all and didnt believe me.
