Very difficult to put together, instructions unclear, then it didn't work! Now I have to return it. The base is very heavy for a 73 year old woman with back problems. I am very disappointed.

Lucky me, box was damaged from the outside, no damage to the product inside. Please use a Fragile sticker on the outside, since you are shipping glass light inside.

my first lamp, the 4 brightness setting diddn't work with the remote. They sent a new lamp and took the old one back at my local Walmart. made this easy for not the easiest lamp to dis and assemble.
