This has been one of the worst purchases I’ve made. After waiting a long time for shipping, the product arrived in a damaged box. It looked like a returned item that was simply repackaged and sent out again.
There were no instructions included at all. Luckily, I’m a professional installer, so I was able to figure it out on my own—but that’s not acceptable for most buyers.
After spending time removing the old radio and starting the installation, I discovered that the emergency button wouldn’t work because they sent the wrong one, clearly meant for a different model.
I powered on the unit just to test it, and it was incredibly slow. There was nothing redeeming about this product—from the poor packaging and incorrect parts to the sluggish performance.
Bottom line: This was a total waste of money. Don’t make the same mistake—look elsewhere.
