perfect right out of the box. no strange smell like others. The sides of the mattress give proper support, while the main bed is soft and supportive as a proper mattress should. The mattress expanded instantly and was ready for use in less than a hour. It arrived on time as usual. I've never had any issues with Walmart delivery's . I'm lucky i guess. You can find almost anything you can find elsewhere. car parts to cool BBQ sauce not found in your area.
