I was told they have to get back to me since it was purchase from a second seller, and they don't deliver and install the correct one. I feel they should do that. why should I go through the work on removing and reinstalling since it is not my fault?

The unit was delivered upside down and definitely had a rattling sound. Driver righted the box when I mentioned it was upside down. Turned around and left. Said unit was fine. This was a Fathers Day gift for my husband. I unboxed unit yesterday to get it ready for Father’s Day. The glass was shattered and made a huge mess on my rug. Ruined the rug. I had sent pictures the day the u it arrived. I had to argue with the Wall Mart rep and finally got a return ticket. I have to take the unit to Fed Ex. They won’t even pick it up at my home. Did I mention I’m a senior citizen and man handling this unit is impossible. BUYER BEWARE!!!
