Was packaged up nicely and was missing a tab for the sliding door. But I fixed with a screw and didn’t bother contacting the manufacturer for it. Came on time and all what was expected other than that.

I Feel extremely mislead. All of the pictures are the same but different. You think you are getting a good deal considering it's shows "on sale" from the original price, and the product over all is horrible. In order to put it together I had to literally RIP a piece of metal out of the screw hole that did not belong there. The "fake glass" is not even an actual plastic piece. They are thin layered bubble sort of plastic; think cardboard for paper thin plastic. The metal is thin. Underneath the dish rack almost every place you touch is sharp and can cut you. I do not see this holding up long at all. The only reason im keeping this rack is because i gave away my last one which was so much better...and thicker metal.

Not quite of what I expected not comfortable at all!
