Shipping was fine. I did not have any direct contact with the seller. The item was description did not match the quality and strength of what I received. Wood floor of dog crate broke and was rendered dangerous and unusable within a few hours of use.

A bit cumbersome to put together. No tray comes with it so you have to purchase something additional. Other than those issues, my dogs have adjusted and like the crate. I have two 75lb Rottweilers that sleep in this together at night.

Many compliments on the dog crate and he likes it too. Love that they made it look like a cabinet and a little ironwork on front to dress it up. Shipped on time and arrived with all the pieces.

Quick delivery and pricded a teacking number. Could be more descriptive about the locking mechanism

If I could give the seller a negative number I would. Even though The product we received was cheap wood, and the hardware and pieces to put it together wouldn’t even stick in the proper holes, I tried to contact the seller several times to see if this could be replaced because our toddler loves it, but we have received little to no response. Do not trust, unless they finally decide to do the right thing.

Very happy. It’s also easy to put together. Lots of room for storage too.

Received earlier than expected. Shelf is exactly as described.

Order came on time with pieces in box. Still haven't put together but trust it is not missing any parts and it will assemble as directed.

The corners on one side of the top and bottom of the crate were damaged but we kept it and added decorative corner pieces to camouflage the damage. We have not communicated directly with the company as we ordered it through Walmart .
