Hello Trevor!
We did in fact send a factory sealed box that we received directly from Topps. We received back a product that had been opened and resealed poorly and filled with cards that were not Star Wars. We disputed the claim and WM found in our favor. We then received a second resealed box back from you that again was clearly resealed. To be clear, we only sent one box to you and somehow received two resealed boxes back from you.
We have been in business for 38 years and treat all of our customers with respect and honesty. We most definitely would not send an open box to someone. We have processed over 10,000 orders on WM alone over the past year and continue to get repeat orders. Sorry that this transaction was not another of the many smooth orders we have processed.
