The product description was accurate. The item was shipped earlier than promised. The packaging was sturdy and the grill was more than I expected.

Communication was not great at all. Purchase in person at your local Walmart Store. Could not give a "0" rating, that option should be available in my opinion.

Horrible, does not respond to emails, item half functional

Also the stove lighter came damaged since it arrived. And when you are going to regulate the gas stick and lower it, it doesn't have the flexibility to maintain the position

Best fire is very resposive and quick about resolving issues regarding products purchased. i highly recommend and will continue to keep my eye out for any new procucts released, as they are a great company to collaborate with.
