This seller tried to send me a false item. I ordered a case of Pepsi and got an envelope. I reached out to them and they were not helpful at all, they acted like it was my fault. It has made it difficult to shop on the site.

Seller(ShopSmart) tried charging again upon delivery of packages that were falling apart. i had to go to the post office , as UPS was showing I owed money. The postal employee I spoke to showed me that the mailing label was fake...no such return address or Route number that UPS uses for their labels. I've learned to check on the seller's information when buying from a "third party". Walmart refunded full price and advised I write a review so others are aware. ShopSmart is a scam company
