Strong burning chemical smell coming out of the blender. It's not safe to blend anything.

the item was shipped ok and return easy. but maker of machine needs to do something to solve overheating.

The machine is built well and it's easy too clean. he only thing that could have made it any better is if they included a couple of bottles to store the juice for different time of the day.

We are using this to grind about 4 cups of ground coffee at a time to make our own Kuerig pods. So we grind a relatively fine coffee but not an expresso grind. It is doing a very good job and it can do that much without stopping and cooling down. I can't speak for longevity or different grinds but for our use it is excellent.
