I don't remember having any communication with them, but I really like the product. I like how it had the two pieces of acetate, one on the top of the number and one on the bottom to pull it off and adhere the number to the mail box, and then when I got the number position just right and stuck to the mailbox, I secured it firmly in place and then pulled the sticky acetate off the top.
