TERRIBLE customer service!!! Ordered an item for Christmas. Was to arrive in plenty of time. (Dec 20) On Dec 21 the item was in MN at my local distribution center. However on Dec 22 the item was back in TX. I received NO communication via email or text even though I had requested to receive updates via text, regarding my order. I reached out for an explanation and received an automated email from Walmart stating someone from the vendor would reach out in 48 hours. I have sent three emails since then and have received NO response which is completely unacceptable. Not only did the item arrive AFTER Christmas, the item is now cheaper. I would like some sort of acknowledgment for their mistake and at the very least a price match but that would mean the company would have to RESPOND!!!
