instructions should be in the item description, so person can decide if they want the item, the instructions are not very good and you can mess up the entire tube, if not done exactly the way it says. I messed the entire tube up and did exactly what the instructions said

The Denttach company has been slow to reply to my issue with having trouble removing to product, but it has only been a few days so I will give them a few more to reply. I hope they do because I like the product, but a significant portion of the user experience includes customer service.
