Auto jeweler LLC is a garbage company. Worst customer service ever. Good luck speaking to someone. Also if you purchase something and never receive they will keep charging you for items even after you try to cancel. I’ve been trying to get my money back for almost 2 months now.

Worst customer service I've had in my entire life, they sent me a defective item and now won't give me a refund, I've been dealing with this for 3 weeks now, they also shipped the item late so I received the item late. They have offered nothing to help me whatsoever I'm never buying from this seller again and you can see that they already have a low rating before my rating 👎 👎 👎 👎

We did not send any fraudulent or doctored shipping information. Regarding your refund, we issued a partial refund as a courtesy and offered a full refund upon return of the item, which you declined. Unfortunately, we cannot provide a full refund and a replacement without receiving the original item back, as this is against Walmart’s policy.
