I keep trying to order this iced tea and it keeps saying they no longer have it but yes, you have a picture of it online so I’d like to know can you buy the iced tea or not? If not, it should be taken down

My item was not packaged well and opened during delivery I would like my money back or something

Horrible, item had been either previously opened or returned. The float had two pieces the floating drink holder was missing. Sent requested pictures. The corresponding service rep did not even investigate and the text was denial. The so called csr sent a text and did not even know what she was writing about. Never an apology, never an option to replace, never a small amount to be refunded. Only thing csr texted was to return it and upon receipt a refund would be issued. Since granddaughter needed it for a quickly approaching camping trip I cut off all communication and let her have it even though part was missing. Very poor customer service. Avoid if you don’t want to be disappointed and misled. First bad review I have ever written
