This chair came and a piece is welded wrrong so the brace doesn't work. The chair is small so someone who would weigh over 400 pounds would never fit in it. Narrow chair it is Not extra wide. Terrible Purchasr.

Never received product. Was delivered to wrong address and PNKKODW said they had the correct address on label and they are not responsible that Fed Ex sent to wrong porch. I Contact Fed EX they are looking into it. If they can not help I will stop my payment on the heated chair. Due to I never got it. Not happy, no one cares

Absolutely NOT comfortable or meant for bigger people. Weight limit is either incorrect or just ridiculous because no one over 250 lbs could even fit in it. It's way too narrow and it digs into the knees really painfully.
