I have reached out multiple times to get this corrected, and the first time of communication was that they would send me the remaining oil. I have not received i,t nor can not get a response from the company. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

What came was a red case designed to hold or store the hitch, not the actual hitch. Nothing in the description or picture indicated anything but the actual hitch. Bait and switch for sure. Complaining and reviews do nothing. Seeking replacement or refund now.
