I accidentally ordered the wrong prescription glasses , I asked for an exchange to the correct prescription , because the glasses are useless to me ,
They replied in a email ( I'm sorry, this product has been removed from our inventory a long time ago. You probably won't be able to find it in our store, and we no longer produce it. We apologize for any inconvenience. )They also said it was my fault to begin with . And offered me no alternative but to keep them , I will no longer be buying from Walmart if they allow vendors like this , Amazons return policy so easy ,
Long story short I gave them to a friend of mine , she was so thankful .
BTW ... I tried on the glasses well made frame , but the transitioning part of the glasses wasn't the greatest quality lens .
I offered CVEESze some advise as to how to treat customers in the future , I have lots of experience in this area from my own businesses online .
Sorry Walmart not happy with this transaction , honestly it's not even about the money it's how CVEESze treats the consumer .
Hopefully they will get better at it .
