Worst rug I have ever gotten Very disappointing. I called right away and was told no refund

The rug arrived terrible wrinkled. The wrinkles are very hard to remove.

Pillows arrived in a timely manner and were packaged well. No weird smell or anything unusual. Nice size and shape pillows. I definitely will be ordering again.

Finally, after 5 rugs and much frustration I Was able to get a rug that was fairly priced, good quality, and most importantly color accurate. The color of the rugs are not correctly described., nor are their patterns and colors accurate. I mentioned that in a prior review. A new picture with adequate lighting Could change a buyer’s mind and save a return. I feel great about the color and how it fits in the family room. I don’t know yet about its durability because I’ve only had it a week. But, it’s a keeper.

Wallmart is very easy to purchase from and returns are easy.

Description I’d not accurate. I was expecting a thicker heavier rug. But overall I’m happy with my purchase.

I never had to deal with them personally because my item came exactly when it said it would do that's great!

Vacuum packing stretched my rug where it was folded instead of rolled.. Everyone knows to roll a rug for shipping, not fold it, so it doesn’t stretch where folded- especially if you’re going to seal it with string vacuum. . Fold pinches will not relax or settle flat. Looks awful.
