Even though I was very gentle the button already popped off the book.

Excellent seller communication and speed in expediting return/refund process. Improvement in packaging would be extremely helpful for the receipt of undamaged glass items. I only gave a four star because the item(s) were received damaged due to packaging and/or shipment handling.

Contacted me through email, personal email, I thought Walmart didn’t sell information? I will be more careful in purchasing “stuff” from Walmart on line

Received the product in a timely manner as promised.

Item not as expected seems to be used and I want a refund or send an item that actually works properly.

All was accurate and I received them earlier than expected. Just not packed well enough for the journey.

I’ve been trying to returning item for quite some time. I have emailed this person three times. I have no idea how to return this and I promise you I will never buy an item from this person again.

The facial exfoliating pads came in a timely manner, however, I find them not exactly what I thought they would be. Very rough and scratchy on my 67-year-old skin and do not hold the facial cleanser I use. It goes right through the pad. Kinda disappointed.

No problems with service. Am enjoying the product thus far.
