My order is very late. When I reached out to the company they responded with if I was unsatisfied I could cancel the order. When I tried to cancel it, they replied that the order was lost and they were sorry. I again tried to cancel the order and was told via their “chat” feature that I could not cancel the order as it had already been processed. Not sure how this transaction will end.
