To be fair, the SELLER was fine. Arrived on time. I was excited to get this organic tea. I had done research to make sure it was a good tea with no plastics Or insecticides.. so, in that sense, the rating would be a 5. However, the tea tasted awful! to us. It has an earthy, musty flavor. I should have read the ingredients before I purchased it. YUCK! Someone else may find it pleasant, but it was not for us.
