The order did not arrive on time, and was not what I ordered. I did not get a Tickle me Elmo. I received a cheap stuffed animal instead. Very disappointing. I would give 0 stars if I could.

Well, what just arrived is NOT A TICKLE ME ELMO IT'S A SMALL PLUSH GUND STUFFED BEAN BAG TYPE ELMO ABOUT 8 INCHES NOT 13 AND IT DOES NOTHING!! IT'S ABSOLUTELY NOT WHAT WAS PICTURED, NOT AS ADVERTISED A TOTAL SCAM! BUYER BE WARE!!

Don't use this seller they are a scam. Instead of sending me a tickle me elmo, they sent me a completely different item but wanted to me to pay for it. They offered me a 5% discount to keep something I never ordered After repeated communications they processed a refund, but never responded to my request to just ship what I ordered. That leads me to believe they never had it and never intended to ship it. Customer service from the company and Walmart was utterly useless.
