You must package the product better to avoid damage in shipping. Add some padding please. It arrived in just a box with NO PADDING which could vary easily caused the bottle to break and leak all the juice out which has happened before.

I ordered a case of 13.7 oz bottles; but, they sent me a case of 9.5 oz bottles at the price of the larger bottles -- I DID NOT authorize ANY substitutions!!! I am awaiting some reply from them! THIS IS NOT a proper way to do business!!!

To Whom It May Concern, I am a regular customer and often purchase your plantain chips. However, I am very dissatisfied with my most recent purchase. The chips I received are stale and do not taste fresh. Unfortunately, I purchased an entire box, and it appears that most of it will have to be discarded. I am disappointed as I have always enjoyed this product in the past and trusted its quality. I kindly request that you look into this matter and provide a resolution, whether it be a replacement or a refund. Thank you for your attention to this issue.

I returned 2 boxes of protein bars on 2/4/2025 and still have not received my refund of $30. I tried sending them a question about it and it will not go through

I had ordered IQ bars. The title of the product said "pack of 2" and so I was expecting to get 2 boxes for each order. However I only received one. When I sent an inquiry to the seller XALEZ they did not reply. Do not buy from this seller!
