The seller sent me the completely wrong item. When I reached out, they said the correct product was out of stock and promised a refund. That refund never arrived. Only after I followed up did they claim I needed to return the incorrect item—something they never told me in the original communication. By then, I had already given it away. Despite multiple messages, I still have not received a refund. The communication was unclear and misleading, and the overall experience was frustrating. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller.
