Received elastic straps and they are very well made. Believe they should last a reasonable amount of time.

Quick delivery ~ arrived sooner than expected. Item is beautiful and just as described.

The item came with some minor damage and was not packaged very well. Whoever delivered it, just dropped it inside the front gate where anyone could have just stepped in and taken it.

Selling these underperforming devices raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency.

shipping took a little while but it's still arrived before the estimated arrival time. it's a super cute purse and very functional. I haven't had any issues with it so far and I use it every night for work. The lock feature is great because it makes it more secure and safe.

Didn't bother to cut the cloth cleanly, didn't fold it, bunched it into a plastic envelope. Unprofessional. Sloppy.

Really would like a replacement or a refund because none of the lids on both packages did not fit. They were melted on the ends and on the sides.

Received item on time undamaged it just doesn’t serve the purpose that I had for it which was to hold up hold my umbrella and canes
