Contacted the seller about the product not being authentic and they provided the "oh, we didn't know it was fake" answer. It's the seller's responsibility to know what they're selling... Lose two stars Second issue, they take too long to respond. Expect to wait 24-48 hours for any communication, even if replying to them within 15 minutes of their response. Lose another star Last issue, "take it to the store, they'll deal with the return". Seller should have offered a shipping label to return this product. Nobody likes dealing with the debacle that is the returns desk at Walmart. Lose another star End result - the fake product goes back, and we will avoid Walmart's marketplace sellers
