I always bought hair color from Walmart and never had any problems with this brand Keune Color because it is wonderful and leaves hair shiny and silky. I don't mind paying a high price because it is a very good product. But the PRODUCT that this third party sent is not ORIGINAL, it is also not the color that I ordered. Very disappointed.

When I received the item the colour was different, same number but different colour name, I always buy a 4.23 medium cocoa brown, but they send me a 4.23 medium pearl golden brown, which I’m not even sure is original, because Keune has only 4.23 medium cocoa brown. Unfortunately I’ve noticed it only after squeezing the color into a bowl, it was golden, not red us usually.
