I have never received a worse product from shopping online. The boxes are ripped and broken with the plastic covering broken too. They were shipped in a big plastic bag with no protection at all. There were 4 nutcrackers and all of them are broken beyond repair. They didn’t simply just come unglued, the wood was snapped. Feet were broken off, legs were broken off, hands are missing, there are scratches, and many of the pieces have come unglued too. There was no way these were intact and in good shape before they were shipped. I honestly can’t even believe they sold these and shipped them like that. I feel so duped.
