If I could go below I would, sick and tired of the run around on broken item that was shipped. Seems to be really simple, it was broke, replace or refund. But seems the consant run around from China Supplier on this item in hopes that is will go away. I would not recommend these, but of course they will just change the name and keep on selling faulty items
