Sent a very damaged, used item. Not sure what's going on as 1 second of QA would've caught that this was a used item. Safety seal broken, crusty dispenser, half the bottle empty. Seller does not seem to care about what they ship as they also sent a glass bottle in a plastic bag.

Seller is horrible this candle barely has a smell at all and Yankee candle the real Yankee Candle fills a room with a good smell. This candle burned for a full day and you can’t smell anything. Personally I’d like my money back but never buy from this seller again I received a YC Christmas cookie and it smells great like a YC should but the clean cotton one has no smell therefore it must be genetic and not genuine. Two candles ordered and from different places the YC Christmas cookie is great the YC clean cotton is an epic fail please don’t use this seller again plus I’d like my money back for the bad candle!!
