Broad Stop

Item was delivered with only 13 cans and box was destroyed.

package came all smashed and the drink was leaking out of the box which was wrapped in a bunch of plastic. once i ripped open the plastic, a rotten smell immediately filled the room. idk what happened to this package but it was not handled well at all.

I ordered a four-pack bottle of Grease Lightning and was only given one bottle. I called several times about this problem and was given the runaround by the company who had sent emails ensuring me that I would receive the other three products, which I never did. I contacted Walmart several times and was promised a refund in ten days. In the interim I have checked my bank statement which indicates a transaction from Broad Stop charging me for all four bottles including shipping costs. $23.97.

no complaint with the seller but had nowhere else to put this. I ordered this probably a month ago and had given up on it. Today, I got 9 of 24 cans, dented and swollen, rattling loose in a box with an apology from the USPS. Frankly, they suck. i don't expect any kind of response. I don't even know if anyone will see this. I'm just tired of USPS losing and damaging my stuff, incoming and outgoing.

Walmart kept me informed by tracking the order, they just sent the wrong item, It is not the product I ordered!

I ordered a jar of pickles. when it arrived all it was was a box of broken glass. it was so bad I didn't even open the box. I have tried to contacted the seller twice. No response. I don't even want to rate the seller! I don't think I should have to physically return a box of broken glass.

cant fulfill the order properly! maybe just stop selling

Poorly handles transaction by the seller. Four bottles were ordered but a different chemical formulation / product version was substituted. Seller shipped six bottles instead but did not ask me what I wanted. Poorly handled transaction.

The order was delayed twice. When it finally arrived the package only contained an empty padded envelope.
