TERRIBLE experience from the beginning, it went missing and delayed, I was refunded and they shipped it 11 days later and charged me! No Tracking, it sat in a locked metal mailbox for 4 days in 85 degree heat and it melted. very disappointed it was not delivered to door next day like everything else.

It was supposed to be a set, but I only received 1 pillow. The pillow was thin, not much stuffing, and I didn’t feel any cooling at all. Just shredded foam in a case. Very disappointed.

BEWARE! I order this product and did not receive, it was shipped to a bogus address, I called WALMART for refund. I ordered from same seller a second time thinking this was a mistake, but again, shipped to a DIFFERENT bogus address. I was told by USPS that this seller is a SCAM.
