Horrible communication, lied about remanufactured, do not buy. Only buy from the actual manufacturer, or a seller like a big box store. Product failed 3 months after purchase and was not covered under any warranty, and was non-returnable.

Did not have to reach out to seller , We received our package on time with no issues at all!

The conttroller keeps having update error and has interrupted connection, I tried to connect to the seller if they have any supports because I throwed the box away and cannot return. There is nothing from the seller and I cannot use the joy controller. Verry bad service! Waste of money!

A very bad supplier. This is my second return. The product has a shelf life of 3/2025, which is less than 3 months of consumption period, but it was still sold to customers. Please don't buy products from this supplier

Received brand new item with good packaging, and fast shipping.

The modem appears to be refurbished but there was no indication of it being used or refurbished. It came in a plane cardboard box instead of branded box and the cables in the box looked like they might’ve been used before. If I knew it was not brand new I would not have bought it. If it is brand new - why cardboard box?
