A scam sent the wrong item it was returned by FedEx and lost or STOLEN and Walmart is covering the theft up. do not do business with these people Walmart included

I ordered the 1.1-gal table-top distiller, and the so-called instructions for the unit are horrible. The automatic time and temp are set, and although the "instructions" say the temp and time can be changed, the instructions do not provide any information on what temp and times should be used for specific uses. Also, they advertise that the distiller can make essential oils, hydrosols, and alcohol; however, again, they do not provide instructions for this. Their Customer service sucks, and I have also tried reaching out to the manufacturer as well and their customer service sucks as well.
