Shipping was fine. Had no interaction with the seller. Seller fails to state that scratch cutting wax is required, but box states works best with a scratch cutting wax. Misleading add did not mention using a scratch cutting wax.

The items were beautiful, but the packaging had much to be desired. I received the five white for my granddaughters, and out of the 5; three of the boxes were damaged beyond repair. Also out of those 5, one of them came without the protective bubble wrap on the inside of the box to cover the dome. Luckily the item was not damaged.

WARNING DO NOT USE THIS SELLER! I NEVER got my product! Said it shipped, then delayed, then it says delivered and it was NOT delivered! we have security system and i haven't had any deliveries 2 days prior nor 2 days after the date it said it was delivered. they pretend to ship and then mark it delivered.
