The item we ordered was NOT what we received! We ordered a Sentry safe, assuming it would be new. What we received was a dusty/dirty safe with the key broken off in the lock. We requested a refund from Walmart, which they quickly processed. We returned the damaged safe and ordered another one. (The second one was delivered in perfect condition.) After receiving the refund, we received an email from the seller stating that we had returned a different safe than the one sent and he was not going to refund the money. Fortunately, the refund has already shown up on our credit card statement. I can’t imagine why Walmart would use a seller who has such a low rating. I should have checked out the seller before I placed the order. They need to cut any contact with him.
