This item arrived on-time, undamaged, in secure inner and outer packaging. The item is as it appears on the website. Upon arrival, each item in the set was inspected and found to have no discolorations, scratches, chips, cracks, stains or sharp edges seen. The material appears to be hardy - not easily breakable, which, again, is good considering the actual consumer will be a toddler child. The images are child-appropriate and adequately sized for each item in the set. Greatly appreciated is the fact that this dinner set came with utensils; that just makes sense and, unfortunately, there are other vendors out there selling dinner sets without utensils, which does NOT make sense. I'm very glad that this set DOES come with utensils. The communication from order placement through delivery was adequate.
