Worked as advertised to clean out my HE washer. I was a little doubtful but no more. After one clean cycle a bunch of dirt and sludge came out. Smell is gone. I will probably neeed to do a few more clean cycles this month to really do a deep clean. I haven’t run a clean cycle in over 5 years. It was really starting to stink.

This ink was not new. It was clearly repackaged in a deceptive manner, with the cartridge resealed. I compared it side-by-side with a genuine, untampered brand-new ink cartridge, and the difference was obvious — the one I received had already been used. I strongly advise avoiding this seller, as their practices appear dishonest.
