It needs refrigeration but tiny ice pack in box was melted. No note on box to keep item cold! Had to throw the whole bag away.

I purchased a game for my nephew in march. I hadn’t had a chance to get it to him until today only to find out there’s no game in the package. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS SELLER. IT IS A SCAM!!!

Hello Jasmine we just saw the review you left on our storefront saying there is no game in the box, but the reason for that is that, Just Dance 2025 CIB is sold as a code in the box for you to download, there is no disc just a download code which is new and unique to you since it is new. That is the way the game is sold, you can look at the original listing to verify. We assure you it is not a scam. They are selling corrupted disks. Do not buy from this company. I bought a brand new game from this seller and it does not work. The error code says the data is corrupt. All other disks read just fine.
