This headphone isn't noise-cancelling. I contacted the seller, and they told me that someone who no longer works with them had misrepresented the item on Walmart's website. I think they included the noise-cancelling option to sell more. However, when I saw that it wasn't actually noise-cancelling, I checked the box and the manual, and indeed, nowhere on the box or in the manual does it mention it.
