My desk basket arrived on time, but due to the fact that the bracket, allen wrench, and screws were unsecured inside the basket-- and there was no packing material around the basket in the box it was shipped in-- the basket itself came out slightly bent in some places. It still meets my needs and looks nice enough, but the fact that it sounded like something horribly broke before I opened the box was concerning.

Item is just as described. Shipping a little slow, but no too bad.

Remember to list dimensions on your items. These are great just not what I wanted. I received them in good time and good condition. Thank you.

The shipping was good ,but the item was wrong size

Seller is argumentative and will fight you trying to return an item. They keep asking me “how about $5 USD and you keep the product?” I said no and I explained I wanted a full refund. Then they tried to get me to keep it because “maybe family or a friend can use it” I said no. They offered $8 refund and keep the item because maybe a friend or relative can use it. They aren’t getting it. There is something wrong with them I’m warning you do not purchase from them. I’m contacting Walmart customer service and I’m also filing a report with the BBB. DO NOT purchase from this seller. It’s been a complete nightmare. First of all their listing is misleading because it shows a picture of a dressing screen and instead, it is only a rack with wheels.

The lampshades were exactly what the seller promised. I didn't need to contact them.
